② 海运中装卸涨溢率是什么意思

在运输散杂货物的时候使涉及到装卸涨溢率。我理解是在海平面出现波浪起伏这个时候装卸货物的重量产生一定的费用。这会影响到运费。

④ 物流中装率和卸率的概念

所谓装卸率，即指每日装卸货物的数量。装卸率的具体确定，一般应按照习惯的正常装卸速度，掌握实事求是的原则。装卸率的高低，关系到完成装卸任务的时间和运费水平，装卸率规定过高或过低都不合适。规定过高，完不成装卸任务，要承担滞期费（demurrage）的损失；反之规定过低，虽能提前完成装卸任务，可得到船方的速遣费（despatch money），但船方会因装卸率低，船舶在地间长而增加运费，致使租船人得不偿失。因此，装卸率的规定应适当。

你说的“装载率”应该是装港的装卸率。

海运的优点：

海洋运输是国际贸易中最主要的运输方式，国际贸易总运量中的三分之二以上，我国绝大部分进出口货物，都是通过海洋运输方式运输的。海洋运输的运量大，海运费用低，航道四通八达，是其优势所在。但速度慢，航行风险大，航行日期不易准确，是其不足之处。

基本术语：

1、转租合同 租船人和下家之间订立的合同。

其合同的条款条件与租船人和船东订立的合同（常称为Head contract）相同。订立相同条款的目的是保证租船人将可能要付给下家的任何款项，比如速谴费，都可以从船东那里收回。

2、空载行驶

在两港间空载航行，船舶不得不空载的原因：（1）在卸货港没有可装运的货物；（2）有些情况下，船舶在两港之间可能有一系列航次运输，但只有一个方向的货物适合运装；（3）、另一些情况是。空载驶往某港口去装运高运费的货物，比装着低运费的货物驶往该港可能更合算。

根据船舱hold或舱口hatch为标准计算具体说来就是约定每个舱口的卸货率是多少，乘以舱口的数量，然后被实际的卸货量除，即可得出装卸时间。公式如下：装卸时间=实际装卸数量/每日装卸率*舱口数量 “均算”average但这个均算与可调剂就不同。均算的意思是说，在装卸港分别各自计算一遍，然后去对冲。比如在装港产生3天速遣，而在卸港产生3天滞期，则结果就没有滞期也没有速遣了。但承租人在装港产生速遣后不要心急的向船东所要速遣费，否则会被视为弃权，就不能援引 均算 下面的对冲了。因为速遣费通常只有滞期费的一半而已。
